Check in Time is 4:00pm and check out time is: 11:00am
An early check in or late check out may be accommodated upon request.
What is the maximum rental occupancy?
The maximum rental occupancy for our home is six (6) people - which includes adults, children and caretakers. Additional guests may be upon request for an additional fee per person.
What are the features of each Bedrooms & Bathrooms?
Montecito Holiday Haus comfortably sleeps 6 guests featuring 3 bedrooms (California King Suite, King Suite and Two Twin Suite).
(1) The upstairs “Master Suite” features a California King Bed, writing desk & chair, Lounge Chair, Large Walk-In Closet & En Suite Bathroom with a separate shower & soaking tub. A balcony with French doors provides views of the vista below. (2) The main floor “Terracotta King Suite” features a King Bed, two closets, a dresser, a writing desk & chair and En Suite Bathroom with Shower. French doors lead to patio access. (3) The main floor “Blue Twin Suite” features two Twin Sized Beds, a double closet, dresser, Swing Chair and an En Suite Bathroom with private Shower. French doors lead to patio access. (4) The half bathroom is a Powder Room on the main floor.
Is this property recommended for families with children?
Absolutely! As needed, we have a crib available. Please note the backyard is terraced so small children must be supervised at all times outdoors. There is a stairway of about thirty steps from the main level of the home to the backyard area below. There is no railing on this stairway.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside our property.
Are pets allowed?
We love our furry friends – but sorry to say that that pets are not allowed at this property – thank you for respecting this.

We are located in a very private residential community. Please respect our quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Parties and loud music are not welcome at any time to respect our neighbors.
